We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant to engage with clients and appointments on the phone in Mortgage Lending. Experience helps but is not required. Setting appointments with warm client leads, managing a busy schedule of producing leaders and keeping the status of clients. The culture is productive and fast-paced. We care about clients' goals and success and enjoy serving them together.

• Communicating on the phone and email professionally about clients' needs and goals
• Organization skills with timely follow-up
• Managing a large pipeline of clients with timelines, duties and deadlines to meet

• Great verbal communication skills. On the phone often, emailing and texting
• Courteous and enjoys serving others
• Ability to take ownership of position and work with a strong producer
• Good math skills and a growing understanding of mortgage terminology
• Looking for the right environment to work in for the long-term
