We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs

  • Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating Buyer's elections and seller's responses

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred

  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination or real estate closing required
  • Must be able to assist in negotiations during closing process
  • Real Estate license will be required
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish, both verbal and written, is highly valued

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly depending on experience
