The position can potentially be remote; however, the candidate must be able to attend key client and team events in person as needed.
The Transaction Coordinator position is a key role and will impact every deal and every client at the Jim Black Group. This person will be vital to our success and should be excited by that!
You will manage all administrative elements of the transaction from contract to close, including assisting with escrow-related documents, arranging inspections and repairs, and ensuring all contingency dates are met.
