The position can potentially be remote; however, the candidate must be able to attend key client and team events in person as needed.

The Transaction Coordinator position is a key role and will impact every deal and every client at the Jim Black Group. This person will be vital to our success and should be excited by that!

You will manage all administrative elements of the transaction from contract to close, including assisting with escrow-related documents, arranging inspections and repairs, and ensuring all contingency dates are met.   • Serve as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, banks, appraisers, title companies, and many others in an effort to close on real estate contracts
  • Handle the entire real estate transaction process, including processing sales in our database to overseeing and maintaining associated transaction files
  • Perform administrative duties required by a manager on behalf of real estate agents, brokers, and clients

  • Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process from the agent (and client, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, other transaction coordinators/realtors, etc.)

  • Prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Cope with tension and remain professional in every situation
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Helps the whole real estate team achieve their objectives
  • Serve as a trustworthy and well-organized colleague
$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
