Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved.   • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
  • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules

  • Maintain a high level of communication with the sales team regarding contract and property details for each transaction
  • Follow and continually refine the transactions process 
  • Maintain and present reports to management regarding overall transactions health and property-specific detail

  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred

  • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
  • Detail oriented, documentation and process maintenance and refinement are what blow your hair back
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM technologies
  • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Strong phone skills, comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and problem solve on the fly
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Google Suite Experience (Intermediate)

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
