We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities

  • Schedule moving times and attend all closing-related meetings
  • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
  • Obtain the seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
  • Intimate understanding of all necessary NCREC forms 
  • Effective use of MLS as required to service both buyers and sellers 
  • Unsurpassed quality of customer service with each and every client transaction 
  • Professional, effective, and timely communication skills with clients and sales agents 
  • Strong collaboration skills are necessary 
  • Adherence to procedural checklists provided for each transaction type 
  • Assisting buyer clients with all of their real estate-related needs. To include; coordinating searches, scheduling and doing showings, researching properties, identifying potential issues, drafting repair requests, and clear communication with all parties involved
  • Supremely accurate accounting of your time during the workday
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed 
  • Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to training procedures

Qualifications

  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Proficient in operating a computer and proven ability to quickly learn new software

Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
