We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate investing team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. - Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
- Track and report on what step of the process each property is in
- Follow up with the team on any issues
- Help all parties with paperwork
- Work with the title company
- Data entry & Reporting
- Administrative duties
- A Real Estate License is NOT required for this job, but a willingness to get one is helpful
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred, but not required
- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
- A high school degree or equivalent is required, some college preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
