We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers.   • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
  • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner

  • Intimate understanding of all necessary NCREC forms 
  • Effective use of MLS as required to service both buyers and sellers 
  • Unsurpassed quality of customer service with each and every client transaction 
  • Professional, effective and timely communication skills with clients and sales agents 
  • Strong collaboration skills necessary 
  • Adherence to procedural checklists provided for each transaction type 
  • Assisting buyer clients with all of their real estate related needs. To include; coordinating searches, scheduling showings, researching properties, identifying potential issues, drafting repair requests, and clear communication with all parties involved
  • Supremely accurate accounting of your time during the workday
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed 
  • Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to training procedures 

  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
$18 - $20 hourly
