We are looking for an individual who is organized, EXTREMELY detail-oriented, flexible, enjoy helping others, and is eager and open to continuously learning. A demonstrated desire for excellence, a consultative spirit, and a positive attitude are a must. You will manage real estate transactions from the executed contract through to closing. Additional tasks will be assigned as needed to include contract creation and general client communication.

Applicants should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated ability to lead and manage processes. A desire to learn how to streamline and enhance processes is mandatory. Applicants will relish the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities to both increase their own skills and growth, and importantly to support the lead agents to help increase their sales and development of new business opportunities. A team-oriented mindset and deep commitment to the team’s excellence and growth will be key and critical components to success in this role.

Compensation:

  • $50,000-60,000 salary
  • Bonus potential
  • Benefits (health care negotiable)
  • PTO

Responsibilities

  • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities and submit necessary documentation and contracts to the office manager for file compliance
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Create and prepare marketing materials for presentations and meetings
  • Work with agents to create listing presentations to include marketing plans and collateral
  • Schedule home inspections and help with the coordination of estimates and necessary repairs
  • Arrange and attend meetings related to the closing process
  • Manage post-closing systems and ensure post-closing tasks are completed to include asking for Zillow reviews, adding clients to marketing distribution lists, etc...
  • Update the team website as needed to accurately reflect current and sold listings
  • Keep lead agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be addressed
  • Maintain financial systems for marketing allowance budget with lead agents
  • Consult & provide customer service for clients, negotiate inspection responses, & handle all closing issues
  • Assist with team related and office logistics, ordering of signage, setting up team meetings and other events as need

  • Must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will be willing to help out wherever needed to help the team succeed
  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office applications and a proven ability to quickly navigate new systems 
  • Familiarity with Trello and the Compass Platform is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize a daily workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys completing a large volume of tasks
  • Comfortable handling strong personalities 
  • Must have the ability to thoroughly follow checklists
  • Candidates will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agents will reimburse)
