We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs

  • Communicate with our vendors, attorneys, title companies, lenders, inspectors, etc.
  • Scheduling property access, inspections and coordinating contractors for repairs & renovations
  • Preparing invoices, commission statements and basic financial accounting
  • Supporting our real estate buyers and listing team

Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000 base plus commission and bonus
