We’re hiring a closing coordinator to assist our Vice President of Transactions and our Agent Partners to help our clients have a smooth transaction from contract to closing. Your role is key to ensuring clients receive great customer service and communication. You are the glue that holds their deal together to help them make their new house a home! Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization, and learning from one of the best teams in the state. If this sounds like you, apply below!

Opportunity for growth is unlimited at the Olivia Cooley Group at Keller Williams, and especially in this role. In this role, you will master the entire closing process, and have the ability to be promoted within the company. Having a real estate license is preferred, but not required. Having the desire to get licensed in the future is important.


  • Be the main point of contact for all buyer-side transactions
  • Get buyer client contracts to the closing table
  • Coordinating client gifts, closing folders for clients, and run errands as needed
  • Schedule Inspections for clients and agents
  • Communicate with lenders daily
  • Communicate with attorneys daily
  • Manage information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails
  • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems
  • Perform additional assigned duties from Vice President of Transactions


  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
