Full time office administrator for very busy real estate office. Manage all day to day office functions as well as being the lead front of house contract manager, from listing contract, to trend and through to deposit and agreement of sale. 
Responsibilities
  • Office organization, implementing and enforcing policy and procedure
  • Understand and follow the process of listing real estate
  • All paperwork associated with the listing process, docusign, zip forms and trend management
  • Clerical tasks as needed, word, excel, outlook, copier, scanner, faxing, social media posting
  • Interface with clients, set appointments, manage the calendar of the CEO and others as needed
  • Open and close the office, supply management, interface with closing coordinator as needed, oversee agents, keep things running smoothly and efficiently
  • Help grow the company  
Qualifications
  • Must have real estate experience
  • Must know the contract to close process
  • Must be a self starter and work independently 
  • Must be willing to take on various roles to ensure things get done
  • Must have trend, docusign and zip forms experience 
  • Must be highly organized and motivated
  • Interested in a career in real estate with high growth potential
  • Must be loyal and have an impeccable work ethic
Compensation
Salary: $40,000 plus benefits and bonus plan
