The Transaction Coordinator serves as the point of contact for the client, Title Company and Agents when a home goes under contract for the Taylor Team. They will also help negotiate addendum, order title work, order surveys, make sure all paperwork is in the file for closing and go to closings, etc. This person should have a positive attitude with a pleasant, professional demeanor in both phone and face-to-face communications.
Additionally, the Transaction Coordinator will also help with getting referrals and reviews. A successful Transaction Coordinator will possess superior organizational, time management and data-entry skills.
Other miscellaneous tasks will apply, including, but not limited to: keeping the office tidy and stocked with frequently-used items; attending team meetings and training events; participating in scheduled out-of-office events; assisting other Taylor team members as necessary.
