We are looking for a super detail-oriented, creative and forward-thinking Transaction Coordinator to join one of the top teams in the Triangle Area. We offer premier real estate services to clients throughout Raleigh-Durham Triangle Area. We are seeking a professional, passionate, and hard-working individual who will embody our core values and exemplify our group philosophy of Integrity, Knowledge, Results, while having a lot of fun along the way! The candidate will be working with a fun, energetic and dynamic team of real estate professionals to assist with the management of office and closing transactions. The candidate will work out of our office located in North Raleigh. The position is FULL-TIME, 40 hours per week, with needed flexibility for, at times, minimal weekend and evening hours. Some travel for errands or appointments may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure coordination of the Closing Department's activities.
  • Meeting with agents to perform closing coordination from Contract to Close.
  • Management of group's weekly meeting agenda, attendance and follow-through.
  • Management of Group Leader's calendar for scheduling closings, inspections and other significant meetings, appointments or events.
  • Assisting with writing offers and handling offer/contract paperwork.
  • Performing other administrative tasks, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail.
  • Great communicator with exceptional verbal and grammatical skills in both Spanish & English.
  • Ability to meet hard deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
  • A customer service mentality and unwavering desire to provide the best real estate experience in the industry.
  • A passion for collaboration with out-of-the-box thinkers and the willingness to manage daily administrative tasks to ensure coordination of the Closing Department's activities.

  • Proficient in Windows Office Suite programs.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, Journalism or Communications is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry in general & Keller Williams systems in particular is a Plus!!
  • Social media experience is a strong advantage.

Compensation

$30,000 - $40,000, based on experience
