Making sure to stay involved with one another (especially as a remote team), including weekly team meetings, monthly in person meetings, and quarterly *FUN* gatherings that keep us grounded on a personal level instead of just a business level. The Transaction Coordinator needs to be a process-oriented person with the ability to interact with others, communicate with clear intent to get the job done quickly, and be dedicated to continuous improvement and meeting company quality standards. It’s important that you can both work independently, as well as in a team environment, and most importantly, following and fully executing all assignments with a positive attitude and focus. These values will allow you to excel in this position!

This is a work from home position, but must be local to the Tampa, FL area!

Compensation: $40,000 Annually


  • Paid Vacation

Upon submitting an application, you will receive an automatic email including two assessments to complete. Resumes without these completed assessments will not be considered.


  • Main point of contact for the Seller/Agent/Lender/Title once our acquisitions team has received a contract
  • When rehabs are completed, these properties come back to the Transaction Coordinator to list in the MLS and remains the point of contact for all Agents/Title/Lenders to get the transaction closed
  • Maintaining heavy documentation on where we are in the process, as well as heavy communication with the rehab team and operations manager
  • Some administrative needs outside of transaction management will be required
  • Recognizes, recommends, and implements process improvements
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly productive company 
  • Accommodating, cooperative, supportive, and follows established procedures
  • Achieves goals consistently and efficiently- work thoroughly with a continuous workload, and provide high-quality results time and time again
  • Multitasking, strong attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through


  • Heavy organizational skills
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Must be precise, diligent, driving, collaborative, and proactive. Must be able to get out in front of problems to secure solutions and mend in an efficient way
  • Holds a real estate license in FL is preferred but not required
  • Previous real estate knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and/or within a team, and be able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time, and follow-through
  • Calm, professional, and polite under pressure (Good people skills)
