We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our customer focused, high energy real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling and attending inspections and repairs and communicating with buyers and sellers. - Oversight of transactions from Contract to Closing
- Communicate with Clients, Banks, Attorney and others that touch real estate transactions as well as timely communication with Team Lead
- Attend inspections, appraisals, estimate meetings, walkthroughs and closings
- Understanding of contracts and disclosures and ensure they are accurate for compliance
- Collection and processing of deposits
- Maintain tracking spreadsheet and calendar
- Follow through of all contingencies
- High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- Real Estate License Required
- Strong organizational, analytical and follow up skills
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the job
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on assignments
- Amiable, calm and focused performance under pressure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Background or knowledge of real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles and mortgages preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required, preferable some college experience
