We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our customer focused, high energy real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling and attending inspections and repairs and communicating with buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exudes positivity and possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Oversight of transactions from Contract to Closing
  • Communicate with Clients, Banks, Attorney and others that touch real estate transactions as well as timely communication with Team Lead
  • Attend inspections, appraisals, estimate meetings, walkthroughs and closings 
  • Understanding of contracts and disclosures and ensure they are accurate for compliance 
  • Collection and processing of deposits
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheet and calendar 
  • Follow through of all contingencies 

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred

  • Real Estate License Required
  • Strong organizational, analytical and follow up skills
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the job
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on assignments
  • Amiable, calm and focused performance under pressure
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Background or knowledge of real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles and mortgages preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required, preferable some college experience

Compensation
$36,000 - $50,000 + commission
