The role of the Transaction Closing Coordinator is to help our team service our clients with seamless, top-notch customer service from contract to close allowing our sales staff to focus on what they do best: convert leads into clients & negotiate successful deals resulting in increased commission! We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities
  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs


  • Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.
  • Ensure 5 Star client experience

Qualifications
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
Compensation
$45,000 - $52,500 yearly
