The Umphress Group

Our top 5 real estate team is growing rapidly, and in need of a third licensed transaction manager to join two incredible people who keep us on track and closing on time. The ideal candidate would EITHER be 1) a current transaction manager who is looking for a greater opportunity or 2) an agent who enjoys selling real estate, but would rather have the consistency of a salary and the ability to empower agents to hit their goals, and occasionally close a deal here and there for friends, family, etc.

Part of this person's compensation will be team profit share (50% of all profit is shared among the team), personal transactions (goal of 1 per quarter), base salary and per-contract bonus.

Our team is actively involved in the city of Denver, and the ideal candidate would have interest in helping run our internal 501c3, focusing on meeting basic human needs in the city and around the world.
