We are searching for a transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with all required documentation, scheduling inspections, and repairs. Responsibilities
  • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
  • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
Qualifications
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
