The Transaction and Client Care Coordinator is deeply committed to supporting the Director of Operations in achieving greater levels of success, and to growing their own skills to develop into a supportive leader within the team.
- Oversees the entire real estate transaction process, including processing sales and keeping appropriate transaction documentation.
- Top shelf Client Service - solve problems, provide service, exceed expectations.
- Social media & Email marketing including all social media platforms.
- Website management and updates.
- Managing the Admin side of a listing and buy transactions.
- Manage filing systems and order office supplies as necessary.
- Marketing, CRM, and data entry.
- Appointment preparation including generating specific reports.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests.
- Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary.
- Highly organized & detailed - ACCURACY MATTERS.
- Excellent time management.
- Constant communication with all parties involved in transactions.
- Must be upbeat & positive.
- Must be people-oriented with the ability to anticipate and meet clients’ needs and wants.
