The Young Team is seeking a Training and Onboarding Specialist to join our real estate team in Pepper Pike! As Training and Onboarding Specialist to The Young Team, you would be responsible for hiring, training, and onboarding new agents, facilitating monthly training opportunities for existing team members, managing scripting and role play schedules, and being a cultural ambassador to the entire team. Learn the real estate industry from one of the leaders in the market and grow your own skills to become a supportive leader within the team. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, an excellent communicator, highly detail-oriented, and can bring adaptive teaching styles. Real estate experience is preferred but not required.

$60,000- 75,000 salary, depending on experience. This position also offers medical benefits starting day one, and 401k after a ninety-day introductory period.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all facets of hiring and onboarding new team members
  • Manage and organize weekly scripting or role-plays between agents
  • Organize monthly training for all departments
  • Facilitate education and comprehension of new technology within the team
  • Assist in planning the yearly team advance
  • Manage department head training on the hiring process
  • Create continued training after initial onboarding for agents for 1 year and assist in the transition to new role

Qualifications

  • 1 year of management or HR background
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment including MS Office and G Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • High school diploma required
  • Real estate experience preferred


Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
