A Legal Assistant - Title Processor's primary goal is to support our legal team by providing customer service to clients, maintaining calendars and schedules for client matters, organizing, and maintaining our filing system and client files, and drafting correspondence and legal documents. 


  • Provides exceptional customer service and responsiveness to firm needs through phone calls, emails, letters, and other communications
  • Schedules calls and meetings, assuring that the attorneys’ calendars are accurately maintained and organized in a logical and efficient manner
  • Interacts with the clients and becomes the client’s primary point of contact with the firm for all administrative and scheduling issues
  • Maintains the Real Estate Calendar with important client matter events, deadlines, and reminders and maintains the attorneys’ calendars, ensuring all are updated and organized.   Accurately updates the clients’ projects in Asana, SharePoint, and CLIO with any relevant matter events, deadlines, and reminders
  • Requesting title, lien, tax, surveys, estoppels, payoffs, and any other document needed to meet title requirements
  •  Retrieves and delivers assigned attorneys’ voicemails and ensures that copies are included in the firm’s client files (paper, electronic, or both)
  • Manages the attorneys’ mail and courier packages (incoming and outgoing) and ensures physical and digital files are updated
  • Documents all correspondence in a detailed manner to prevent misunderstandings with all parties involved
  • Confirming wire instructions verbally to prevent wire fraud
  • Prepares and sends correspondence as directed
  • Ensures case files are created, updated, organized, and that physical and electronic files include all relevant materials and information
  • Proofreading and confirming all parties’ data is accurate in documentation (I.e., names, addresses, telephone numbers, emails, account information, birthdays, etc.)
  • Make copies/scans documents
  • Timely prepare packages for signing and notarizing (in person and remotely)
  • Timely prepare attorneys and paralegals for meetings by coordinating documents and people for the same
  • Any other tasks that may be necessary as determined by the firm from time to time


  • A Legal Assistant-Title Processor should have a high school diploma, but advanced training at a college or university is preferred
  • A Legal Assistant-Title Processor must have prior experience in a law firm or title company preferably and/or real estate experience

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly
