We are an entrepreneurial Title company on track for aggressive growth. We need an experienced Title Insurance Processor to assist our licensed Title Agents and Attorneys with real estate closings before, during, and after settlement. 

Ultimately, we want to be known for providing our clients with the best customer service.

In the first paragraph, explain what you believe are the 3 most important qualities needed in someone that provides title processing support and why you believe they are the most important qualities. In the second paragraph, explain why you applied to this particular posting. As a closing sentence, please write “I have read the instructions contained in the job posting and have followed the instructions.”



This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, support the Closers (Licensed Title Agents and Attorneys) and answer telephone calls. You must be able to work *in the office* Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., with the potential to stay after 5 p.m., if you are needed for a closing that runs late (overtime compensation is provided).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent degree
  • One year title-closing or title processing experience required
  • General understanding of appraisals, title insurance, real estate contracts, and real estate transactions
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Read, write, and speak the English language
  • Calculate basic business arithmetic
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Consistently provide the very best in customer service
  • Ability to understand and interpret more complex closings including REO and Short Sale 

Additional Qualifications Given Higher Consideration:

  • Proficient speaking and writing in Spanish
  • Current or former licensure as a Licensed Title Agent
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and legal processes
  • Knowledge of modern office equipment and technology, including job-related computer software programs (particularly, Closer’s Choice)
  • Ability to bring title business

$15 - $20 hourly
