Our company is rapidly growing and our Boca Raton-based real estate title firm is seeking a full-time processor/closer for our satellite office in Coral Springs/Parkland. Looking for an experienced candidate who is detail-oriented, professional, organized, and personable to join our team. You will assist buyers and sellers in conjunction with the title team in making sure the title application is prepared and submitted correctly, and work with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies to produce a clear title. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in title insurance and real estate transaction experience, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding research and customer service skills. Title experience is a must!

  • Coordinate with loan officer, mortgage loan processor, and underwriter to ensure all closing instructions are followed as per the closing package, and all underwriting commitments have been satisfied
  • Submit pertinent title and loan documents into software programs to record transactions and track applicant’s progress
  • Research and verify the accuracy of documentation such as property title records, property ownership, public records, deeds, leases, surveys, contracts, and agreements needed to produce a clear title
  • Work with title examiner and underwriter to prepare title insurance policy and binders and title commitments, and with loan closer to prepare HUD-1 real estate settlement statements

  • Signing loan documents and closing packages with buyers/borrowers and sellers
  • Handling post-closing items to allow issuance of title insurance policies

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with numerous programs including MS Office is essential
  • Excellent research, communications, customer service, and analysis skills are needed

  • Outstanding communications, customer service, research, and analysis skills are preferred
  • Certification as a notary public required and may be obtained once hired
  • 1-3 years of experience with real estate transactions, title work, real estate closings and post closing

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
