Our sales manager is responsible for all sales activities ranging from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. S/He develops and implements an agreed upon marketing plan to expand the customer base in the assigned area. This position also works with the rest of the sales team to achieve overall customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains relationships with existing client base pursuant to the directives of escrow officers and management
  • Identifies and converts prospects to new customers
  • Trains existing sales staff and assists in staff retention efforts
  • Assists in identifying possible recruits and in facilitating the recruiting process
  • Uses a consultative sales approach to analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements, then promotes consideration of title products to fulfill such requirements
  • Prepares yearly and quarterly business plans and/or other status reports as required by management
  • Develops and/or identifies new sales strategies and tools
  • Presents clients with title and closing production procedures, administrative product information, and demonstrations
  • Obtains and records detailed client profiles used in the delivery of client services
  • Provides customer services (e.g., retrieving contracts or delivering commitments and commission checks)
  • Conducts post-closing interviews to determine the quality of services delivered
  • Attends sales meetings as required
  • Maintains high visibility in the real estate community by representing the company at social and/or business functions and through personal involvement in service groups and business organizations
  • Fosters and maintains professional and collaborative working relationships
  • Determines and reports competitor activities and market conditions to manager
  • Monitors and controls the cost of sales
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Adheres to company policies and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Meet state licensing requirements -- title producers license is a plus
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A high school diploma is a requirement, but a college degree is preferred
  • The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Requires 3-5 years of title closing experience and closing services experience

Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000
