Multi-office Title Company seeks experienced title closer to start immediately. Hands-on experience from contract to closing and experience with closing document preparation necessary. Must be self-motivated and a team player. Customer service is critical. Closer's Choice experience helpful. Trained and professional staff available on site for processing assistance.

• Prepare transaction documents by ordering title reports, gathering existing documents, completing forms and statements, obtaining payoffs, tax information
• Complete real estate escrow transactions by gathering, checking, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments
• Complete closing by recording and filing documents; distributing final closing statements and clear title
• Organize escrow requirements by reviewing lender instructions and ensuring compliance with closing instructions
• Prepare Closing Disclosure statements in compliance with RESPA regulations, explaining settlement statements to parties to closing when necessary

• Previous Closer experience required (preferably 3 years)
• Experience with Closers Choice software preferred but not required
• Licensed FL Title Agent
