The Family Connection is looking for YOU…a NIL or independently licensed provider who is called to serve the people in our community in their mental health in an outpatient setting, working with a diverse population. We are looking for someone to join our team full-time who has a passion for working with clients and enjoys working with a team of professionals committed to Changing Mental Health. The Family Connection provides a predictable paycheck and an opportunity to increase your pay based on your individual productivity! In addition, as an employee, you are compensated for both your admin and clinical time. The Family Connection also provides 1:1 clinical supervision AND group supervision at no cost to you.

The Family Connection is also a W-2 employer. A W-2 position is comparable to $49.04 an hour with dependable benefits, a predictable paycheck, and paid training.

• Provide psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, crisis interventions, treatment planning with evidence-based therapy interventions, and discharge planning to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, reading current literature, and participating in team meetings, agency-provided training, and supervisory sessions
• Clinically document services provided in accordance with legal, ethical specific insurance requirements
• Adhere to HIPPA regulations and abide by ethical standards and code of conduct as described by clinical therapists licensing board as well as agency standards as followed by AAMFT ethical guidelines
• Generate and maintain accurate clinical records including progress notes, clinical intake paperwork, treatment plans, and reviews in a timely manner

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution and a valid New Mexico Licensure (LMHC, LMSW, LAMFT)
• Ability to work without supervision
