Responsibilities
  • Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
  • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
  • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
  • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, financial advisors, and individuals in the territory.
  • Present and demonstrate our financial services and solutions virtually to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
  • Understand client's needs, provide customized recommendations, and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing and client services, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required

  • Proven track record in tele-sales, business development, or a similar sales role.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to identify and target potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships remotely.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads, sales activities, and pipeline.
  • Knowledge or interest in financial services, investment products, and retirement planning is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation
$123,000 - $132,000 yearly
