Hall Financial Group, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our remote team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in assigned territories. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the territory.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our financial solutions.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable).


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in territory sales or outside sales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (if applicable).


Compensation
$98,500 - $112,000 yearly
