As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in assigned territories. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the territory.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our financial solutions.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in territory sales or outside sales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technology.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (if applicable).
Compensation
$98,500 - $112,000 yearly
