Responsibilities
  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice

  • Prospecting accounts for new business
  • Engaged in good CRM hygiene creating effective client campaigns in email, phone with follow-ups
  • Booking and setting appointments with prospects for our software-defined Real Estate Platform
  • Ability to understand competitive positioning and value proposition
  • Providing customers and partners with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required
  • Working closely with Executives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Keeping informed of the competitive landscape


Qualifications
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred

  • Business Development / Sales Development (Inside Sales)
  • Prospecting for new business and accounts
  • IT/ Software-as-a-Service business development
  • SalesForce or Similar CRM

Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
