This role is tailor-made for a true sales closer! 100% commission and an unbelievable monthly bonus package allow great sales reps to earn over $50,000 working a flexible schedule - that you set - of around 20 hours per week!

The ideal candidate would live near Conyers, GA as our market includes the counties of Henry, Newton, Rockdale, Clayton, Walton, Butts and Spalding.

You have to be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and follow up with leads, as we will not micromanage you.

If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and have some measure of ability to follow our process, we are looking for you! You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed. This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes.

Tired of wasting time on cold leads? We will provide all of the marketing, all of the pre-vetted leads, and set up the appointments for you. You just show up and CLOSE!

Responsibilities

  • Pre-meeting: 10% of your time will be spent reviewing the online property file to confirm target buy price.
  • Pre-meeting: 15% of your time will be spent driving to and from appointments. NOTE, we are also buying homes virtually so some appointments will be virtual.
  • Onsite: 5% of your time will be spent assessing property for repair cost (quick 7-minute assessment)
  • Onsite: 60% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite. Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections.
  • Other: 10% of you time will include attending internal team collaboration meeting to get alignment and make adjustments on how we can better serve you in the field, updating our CRM system with notes on appointments and self-generate new clients using proven techniques.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines

  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections
  • Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques to 'always be closing'
  • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field
  • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach
  • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills
  • Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a hunter’s mentality 

Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
