We’re seeking high-powered lead generating, relationship-building superheroes to rescue consumers from using the wrong Realtor! Your superpowers are your proactive, outgoing, service-oriented mindset and your relentless passion for prospecting, converting prospects into friends, and demonstrating how we make their lives better. Responsibilities
  • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities

  • Identify, cultivate and convert people with real estate needs into appointments for our agents
  • Relish the responsibility of managing the sales funnel for Cincinnati's #1 real estate sales team
  • Demonstrate communication mastery through training, coaching & experience
  • Leverage lead multiple lead sources to build a robust pipeline
  • Stay current on residential real estate trends
  • Be a team player - and play to win!

Qualifications
  • A consistent top performer in sales
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
Compensation
$70,000 - $85,000 yearly
