Top Performers Only! Territory Sales Manager - $75,000 to $125,000+++

We are looking for someone to come and join our hard-working company in the real estate industry (we buy houses). If you are a GREAT salesperson you can earn over  $75,000 with us, and if you are a TOP salesperson, you can earn over $125,000. If you have what it takes to sell, we’ll give you a chance to prove it. You do not need to have prior sales experience or be licensed, but we are looking for people who are the best at whatever they do. We provide a comprehensive training program and have a detailed sales process to help you be successful. 

This job requires high EQ, innovation and self-direction. You must also be able to follow direction, maintain high attention to detail, and respond well to criticism and feedback by taking immediate corrective action. 

This position requires travel throughout most of Sacramento County and surrounding areas. If you don't like talking on the phone or meeting with people, then we wish you the best of luck. If you believe a “NO” from a home seller is the final answer, then best of luck to you and please do not waste your time to apply. However, if you have the grit to push through all the “NOs”, coupled with the drive and discipline to close a deal, then you will be in the right place to determine how much money you will take home this year.

Responsibilities
  • Must learn, master and follow our clearly defined sales process on every sales encounter.
  • Answer live, inbound phone calls and input all call information in our tracker. 
  • Build rapport, dig for motivation, and set in-person meetings. 
  • Run analysis on properties to assess potential value and estimate repair costs. 
  • Meet with distressed sellers who want to sell their house fast for cash. 
  • Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed.  
  • Follow up with leads according to our follow-up sequence. 
  • Attend Real Estate Investment meetings to network and market properties under contract to other investors. 
  • Find other investor-buyers to purchase houses we get under contract. 
  • Manage all aspects of the transaction, seeing it through to the close. 
  • Complete other tasks as assigned to prospect additional leads.

  • A fast starter and is extremely motivated and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career. 
  • Someone who doesn't whine or make excuses; they get results and are proud of it. 
  • Can follow instructions and is detail orientated. 
  • You do NOT need to have a real estate license. 
  • Not afraid to ask difficult or uncomfortable questions.

Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000+ Commission only, with accelerators

Orion Properties is a real estate investment firm focused on identifying off market opportunities. We advertise for and purchase houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
