This position directly supports our mission as a kitchen and bathroom countertop material company providing the highest level of service and professionalism. The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by building relationships to support our fabricator’s network and keeping our brand strong in our marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive experience for customers and associates across all sales channels.
- Territory locations include Georgia, Florida, and Alabama state lines, and some stores on the South Carolina state line.
- Ensure products are merchandised properly and displays are uniform across the entire account.
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services that meet those needs.
- Accurately and professionally execute product training for individual associates as well as small and large groups.
- Innovate training levels above traditional methods to drive retention and application of knowledge.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives such as new product launches and the distribution of promotional material.
- Support Regional sales Managers by acting as a liaison between stores and our fabricator network.
- Obtain competitive information and communicate through proper channels.
- Develop relationships across all business channels to effectively promote our company and brand.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Some exposure to Home Center/Big Box environment is preferred.
- A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or commensurate work experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable and confident speaking to large audiences and leading group training sessions.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Interior trim products or countertops experience a plus.

Compensation
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
