Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospecting, and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Relationship Building and Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive sales effectiveness.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and senior management.

Industry and Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and insurance product knowledge.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of InsuraTec's solutions and value propositions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to expand your knowledge and network.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively handle objections and overcome challenges.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Availability for occasional travel within the assigned territory.


Compensation
$112,000 - $134,400 yearly
