We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. If you have a proven track record of outside selling and are looking for a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect!
Responsibilities
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals

  • Have an active State Life Insurance license or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance license. We cover the pre-license course cost.
  • Self-Starter and Self Motivator to get going each day without a ton of structure
  • Great work ethic and tenacity to pursue every lead and stay on top of follow-ups
  • Resilient, able to handle objections professionally
  • Passionate and Upbeat Attitude
  • Solid Listening skills in order to put the needs of the client first in order to provide a proper solution
  • Love of learning and drive for self-improvement
  • Stellar Communication, Presentation, Persuasion, Interpersonal, and Negotiating skills
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+yrs in sales experience
  • Some Life Insurance product knowledge preferred. We provide ongoing training and support for our agents
  • A High School diploma is required

Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
