As Atlanta based companies, The Injury Specialists and Capital Financing are jointly owned by 2 physicians of 18 years that had the vision to help those that are injured that didn't have access to medical care when uninsured and underinsured fell upon hard times that they couldn't work and pay bills after an injury.

The role will involve the field activities working closely with current legal and medical accounts while developing new relationships.

We are growing as a company so we are hiring for an experienced Sr. Account Executive/Manager role. Having knowledge of the medical or legal industry with the current database of relationships is beneficial.

Our company covers the spectrum of being unique. We are a niche financing company that has built a SaaS platform, that provides a social media networking component while offering specialty financing to individuals that can't afford medical care and to injured plaintiffs that can't afford to pay living expenses when involved in a litigation case. Our technology connects law firms, medical providers, and imaging centers onto one platform to help grow each other's business.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000+Comm+Bonuses 401K; Profit Sharing; 100% Benefits; Auto Expenses


  • Being detailed is very important in this role
  • Attending industry networking events is required of this role
  • Introducing our current clients with other clients
  • Training clients that we onboard to our platform
  • Setting up lunch and learns
  • Doing prospect and customer breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
  • Attend after-work events to build relationships and be seen
  • Being on the road is 75% of this role, but mostly in and around Metro Atlanta
  • You will act as a liaison between our company and law firms and doctors offices
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to law firms and doctors offices
  • Be the face of our company while building strong and trustworthy relationships
  • Be proactive in understanding the needs of clients
  • Grow a territory of referring clients for our services while managing their needs
  • Use our CRM to manage workflow and pipeline
  • Knows how to set goals and attain them
  • Creative and effective while engaging with members and prospect
  • Statistics drive our success so your desire and focus on stats is very important


  • Prior success at previous positions in sales or account management
  • Willing to learn new industry
  • Strong closer and get customers to commit to using our services
  • Is team focused and enjoys being a part of a group to share ideas
  • You must have a dependable car
  • Can handle rejection
  • Can be a leader and a great trainer
  • Strong on using Salesforce and software programs
