As a Phone Sales Associate, you will prospect for & acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound & outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating relationships, setting appointments & managing leads in our database. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for our team agents.

The ideal candidate is goal-driven, independent, disciplined, resilient, people-oriented committed to implementing best practices on a daily basis, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the motivation & determination to not only meet but exceed productivity requirements, appointment setting & revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

• Consistently and systematically prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
• Provide outstanding customer service to potential clients and accurately qualify them for appointments with buying and listing specialists
• Achieve and exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
• Consistently use scripts and other tools/resources to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
