Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively presenting and explaining the benefits of The Lingenfelter Agency's products and services.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to generate interest, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Assist customers in understanding and selecting the right products or services to meet their specific needs.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their needs are met and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, including daily activity logs, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the sales management team on sales performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively promote products and close sales.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity levels.

Compensation
$79,000 - $91,200 yearly
