Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value and benefits of Jones Financial Group's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to generate interest, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to drive sales initiatives, achieve targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Document and update client information accurately in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and efficient lead management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

Compensation
$93,500 - $118,500 yearly
