We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Tele-Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective clients through research, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our financial services and solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads, set appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business development goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in sales training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to support the development of effective lead-generation campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tele-sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads and sales activities.
  • Knowledge or interest in financial services, investment products, and retirement planning is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.


Compensation
$118,000 - $128,000 yearly
