Well then, you might just be the person we are looking to add to our team! Keller Williams Fox Cities is searching for a Full-Time Director of Marketing and Technology.

The candidate we are looking for will serve as an integral member of our leadership team and will be expected to serve others at a very high level. They should be able to establish strong relationships with our associates and grasp onto new ideas very quickly so they can turn around and teach those new concepts to their peers.


The Director of Marketing and Technology will serve our 200+ agents in many ways including, but not limited to:

  • Continually collaborate with the leadership staff to create a 5-star experience for all associates
  • Get associates setup with all login credentials and fully integrated into the Keller Williams Applications
  • Assist the Director of Agent Services in making the on-boarding transition as smooth as possible
  • Teach associates how to use the Keller Williams Award-Winning Technology programs
  • Create and teach classes and workshops about technology and digital marketing on a bi-weekly basis
  • Educate about online safe practices
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors
  • Coordinate maintenance on office networking and phone systems
  • Maintain office websites
  • Create social media and marketing collateral for the office
  • Create editable marketing collateral for agents
  • Help agents build their individual brand
  • Help associates simplify their business through technology
  • Create and hit KPIs on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis
  • Attend Regional and International events and classes (i.e. Family Reunion, Mega Camp, Train the Trainer, Train the Presenter, etc.)


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Prior work experience in digital marketing and/or technology
  • Presentation skills

The following experience would be a plus, but is not required:

  • Leadership experience
  • Real Estate Industry
  • Graphic design
  • Video editing
