  • Configure new technology for the company, including software and applications, computer hardware and desktops, and operating systems
  • Save all files to a computer backup to make sure files are not lost in case the system crashes
  • Protect our business from cybersecurity threats by running regular security checks
  • Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
  • Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently
  • Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
  • Evaluate and make recommendations of IT improvements so the company can stay up-to-date and take on more growth
  • Provide technical support and awesome customer service to our Clients so they continue to be excited to work with us
  • Train internal team and external Clients on company software systems
  • Maintain our computer networks, hardware, and software programs
  • Brainstorm and create those "missing links" between software so they can talk to each other effectively

  • Bachelor's degree or certification related to the IT field required
  • At least two years experience in a professional IT work environment
  • Has the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Able to create databases and utilize Excel spreadsheets at an advanced level
  • General knowledge of troubleshooting internet connectivity, phone systems, network systems, and other technological office equipment
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help the company succeed
  • Ability to take care of clients needs while following company procedure
$60-80,000 annually
