Cyally has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Technician II in Fairview, TX. This position is on-site or remote and will service all tickets escalated from Tier 1 and try to find a solution to the customer’s problem on their own or through resources available to them.


  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Escalate service requests that require engineer-level support
  • Understand processes by completing assigned training materials and blueprints into ticketing system
  • Enter all work as service tickets as directed

  • ISP availability and service verification (packet loss, trace routes)
