We are a looking for a results-oriented tech support representative who shares our passion, drive, and quest to change our customers’ businesses. This position requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and communication skills.

We maintain nearly 100% customer satisfaction by blending highly skilled tech support with the most effective customer service strategies out there to create a truly unique and pleasurable experience for our customers.

We understand that skills are easy to teach, but finding the right person for the job is the tough part. That’s why you don’t need a tech support background to apply for this position. Do any of these apply to you?

Environment

Responsibilities
  • Is the first point of contact for any incoming calls / emails
  • Establishes rapport with all customers they speak with by using our existing methods and procedures
  • Communicates with customers to get to the bottom of a problem / request as efficiently as possible
  • Solves Level I issues efficiently and works closely with management to become familiar with the rest
  • Understands the strategic direction set by management when it comes to our client satisfaction goals
  • Primary interaction is with their direct supervisor
  • Works in a small team and understands their input will directly impact the strategic direction of the team
Qualifications

We understand that the perfect person for this position could come from a variety of industries and are ready to train the perfect person for the job.

Tech support experience with a proven track record for fanatic client satisfaction

OR

Experience in an industry relevant to client satisfaction (hospitality, customer service, etc) with the same proven record for client satisfaction

As well as

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to think outside the box to fit our satisfaction model
  • Proven ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to learn new things quickly
  • Readiness to help guide our client satisfaction model by pinpointing areas for improvement / flaws in our system. We’re the best at what we do and we’re going to stay that way with your help!

We'll know you're succeeded if within 90 days you've:

  • Learned enough about our system, networking and DNS to be able to help troubleshoot most tier I issues
  • Used our proven methods to maintain a satisfaction score of at least 95%

Compensation
$12 - $15/hr
