• Respond to help-desk tickets in a timely fashion

• Work with the team to increase knowledge and awareness of the latest in software, hardware, and security developments
• Work with outside vendors 
• Research, procure, and maintain the data that will drive marketing and sales tactics

• Excellent customer service skills or “soft skills”
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Possesses the ability to interpret, organize and clean up data
• Has excellent technical ability and computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Teach others at their level 
• Knowledge of Google Suite and related software programs
• Knowledge of Chromebook and basic hardware maintenance
• Knowledge of UniFi is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus; willingness to learn Salesforce "coding" a must
• Must be available on occasional nights and weekends to do maintenance that cannot be done during working hours
• Must have a car and work at our Nashua, NH office location -- no exceptions
