We are looking for a top-notch Real Estate Productivity Coach to help implement systems, models, support, and accountability.

The Productivity Coach is a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This PC is driven, yet compassionate. The PC exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals and the PC takes great satisfaction when seeing others achieve. The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader as part of the Market Center's leadership team.

The Productivity Coach is a leader who consistently demonstrates teamwork by actively supporting the Team Leader's direction and initiative. The Productivity Coach works with the Team Leader to increase the productivity of non-capping associates to the Capper level.

The Productivity Coach and Team Leader collaborate in recruiting candidates for the coaching/development program. Then, the Productivity Coach will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and hold them accountable for taking the necessary actions.

Productivity Coaches track results and are ready to celebrate successes or implement consequences. Additionally, Productivity Coaches work closely with the Team Leader to create and implement productivity events and the Market Center's training calendar.

Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to.

Productivity Coaches view learning as the foundation of their action plan and will have a KW MAPS Coach (paid for by the Market Center) to hold them accountable for achieving their results. They are authentic leaders. They delight in knowing that they have attained success when the associates in their coaching program and in their Market Center succeed.

Qualifications

  • Sales knowledge
  • Track record of success
  • Coaching experience
  • Real Estate sales experience
  • College degree preferred

Compensation
$250,000 yearly
