Seeking a Team Administrator and Marketing Director

Our business is growing and we are looking for a Team Assistant and Administrator to grow with us! The Daniel Blatman Team is seeking someone who is detail-oriented, a creative problem-solver, well organized, a strong communicator, and above all, committed to honesty and integrity.

To start, you must have your New York real estate license. After that, we are looking for someone with a thirst to learn and ability to quickly put new skills into practice.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the Team by showing our exclusive listings during open houses, individual appointments and other real estate necessities (inspections, appraisals, walk-throughs, etc.)
  • Assist the Team, as needed, in developing pitches, attending meetings, and other day-to-day commitments
  • Expand the Team’s business by adding and developing our database of contacts/network to garner referrals and repeat business
  • Responsibly run and grow your own portfolio while assisting, supporting and expanding the Team’s overall business
  • Represent Team in a positive, professional, courteous, and down-to-earth manner to clients, agents, vendors and lawyers
  • Communicate with and represent our clients with the utmost honesty and integrity
  • Have a great sense of humor 

Required Qualifications

  • New York real estate license
  • Desire and commitment to learning something new everyday
  • Strong knowledge of New York City and its neighborhoods (specifically Brooklyn)
  • Continuous developing knowledge of the real estate landscape - Critical thinker and self -motivated to find ways to improve the team business
  • Weekend availability for Open Houses and other appointments
  • Ability to work six days a week
  • Excellent communication skills, both written (text, email, messaging platforms) and verbal (in-person, phone)

Desired qualifications

  • Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (either professional or personal experience)
  • Proficiency with Windows or Mac, some experience with Google Suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • An interest in marketing techniques to increase business and digital technology  
  • Motivation to learn and understand new tools to increase business efficiency

  • Set up a website
  • Keep blog up to date
  • Add new listings 
  • Coordinate video shoots + scripts + editing

Drip campaigns

Organize all files and set-up cloud / exterior drive

Transaction management

  • Add all deadlines to calendar
  • Verify all signatures and forms
  • Ensure EM has been received
  • Coordinate inspections, home warranty, appraisal, walk-throughs, etc

Schedule appointments for showings

Prepare pre-list, listing packages, and buyer consult packages

Open house prep

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
