• Gather information about legal issues from the client in interviews

• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and settlement proposals under the supervision of an Attorney, CPA, or Enrolled Agent
• Serve as a liaison between tax authorities, the senior associate handling the case, and the client
• Directly manage their overall caseload
• Must possess effective communication and time management skills
• Remote work setting on a day-to-day basis with monthly face-to-face meetups with the team

• At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
