Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities
• Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our beer and the ingredients in it so that you can respond to guests' questions and provide recommendations
• Greet customers, take beverage orders, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
• Enthusiastic promotion of our brewery, which includes the sale and maintenance of brewery merchandise both on-site and at events
• Draft system maintenance & troubleshooting – Must be a quick learner and willing to handle kegs
• Conducting tours and telling the “Bentonville Brewing Co. Story”
• Maintaining cleanliness of tap room – Must be a self-starter and willing to help where we needed
• All employees will be required to become Certified Beer Servers upon hiring

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
