• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Screen resumes and route them to hiring managers as necessary.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build interpersonal connections with candidates.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge using Ceridian Dayforce, Talent OS, Monday.com, and LinkedIn is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills are preferred.

Physical Requirements

Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. Near visual acuity to review documentation, ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels. Must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times. Work Environment

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting.
